Thanks to its large water and steam volume, this boiler is capable of meeting demanding steam needs in continuous and intensive working conditions. Its high heating surface allows for the production of drier steam with more energy, and lower counter-pressure values mean better burning and less energy consumption.
With pipes securely welded to the mirrors, this boiler is built to last and operate safely. Optimum insulation ensures maximum efficiency and performance, while the optimum combustion chamber dimensions provide superior heat transfer, radiation, and efficient use of heat transfer surfaces. Full burning in the combustion chamber is guaranteed, offering high thermal efficiency without the need for economizers.
The Solid Fuel Cylindric Scotch Type Boiler from Sanarise Industrial provides an environmentally friendly, fuel-efficient solution that reduces fuel consumption. These boilers are made from steam producer steel material and can operate under 3 to 6 atm construction pressure.
This boiler can achieve a minimum efficiency of 75% and is capable of burning natural gas and liquid fuel in a short time. If needed, these boilers can be manufactured to burn both solid and liquid/gas fuel. For large capacity systems, Fixed Ladder Grid, Forward Propelled Ladder Grid, or Pneumatic combustion systems are recommended.
